Yep, I am jumping on a wagon of thinking of 30 things to do while I am 30. Seeing that I only have 3 months left, I think things might go over- ha, but at least they will be goals. I have had them in my mental bank, so some of theme have ACTUALLY been accomplished, but lets see where I stand:
1) Read a book: like literally read a whole novel... unheard of for the past 5 years
2) Get out of debt- COMPLETELY.... which leads to Number 3... (done- thank you for all your hard work, Pete:))
3) Open up a credit card to start gaining points towards fun goals- always wanted to do that! (done- looking forward to fun stuff we can do with the points- feel so grown up;))
4) Run a mile
5) Do something crazy for me (signed up, paid money, and am sticking to a 30-day weight loss challenge with a lifestyle coach)
6) Change my hairstyle (in the process...hehe)
7) Get back to pre-pregnancy weight following birth of the triplets (done;))
8) Be better at keeping in-touch my my friends and family (truly making an attempt every week!)
9) Complete at least one of the 'in-progress' scrapbooks I have going
10) Start cooking again- like new recipes, new ingredients, the whole bit... (done- there are for sure been some winners... and oh yes- some losers)
11) Have a family portrait taken
12) Take a trip with just my husband- even if it's just an overnight
13) Go on at least 5 dates Pete
14) Start working out regularly (attempting by not in stone yet)
15) Do something for someone else anonymously
16) Make a budget
17) Walk the dog (going well, although she's getting a little old for it)
18) Create backyard space for Harper (accomplished thanks to my Dad and Pete;))
19) Go on a hike as a family
20) Go through all clothes and purge 'what ifs' ;) (it has begun- first garage sale in the books)
21) Get a pedicure.... its been TOO long!
22) Surprise my husband
23) Re-do our living room (on hold- probably a 31 thing- we had to get a new AC instead- bummer;))
24) Take a weekend trip just our family
25) Start a vegetable garden
26) Make something- anything!
27) Learn to sew... just simple stuff, like being able to hem
28) Buy myself a purse
29) Learn to French-braid
30) Let my family know I love them more
Ok... now it's official... just need to keep held accountable- this blog staring me in the face should help- ha!
