Labor Day Weekend!!
Our first official weekend in our new house and Pete's parents came for a visit to celebrate Maggie's birthday!! So fun!!
We loved having family back down in Arkansas!!!
Kids had Grandma right where they wanted her: busy building puzzles and listening to all their stories...
Papa was kept busy with little house projects. Father-Son time for sure!
Harper even got to ride with Grandma and Papa when we went out!! Ahhh so fun;).
{Lots of love to spread around;)}
Double Date Fun!!!
...and we even got a babysitter for an evening so we could visit! So nice to show Pete's parents the Bentonville Square in the evening over dinner and wine- lovely!!
Maggie's 4th Birthday!!
We celebrated Maggie's birthday a couple days early so we could share in the fun with us all together!
Horse-themed as she seems to love horse back riding SO MUCH!! Hoppotherapy is AMAZING!!!!! I always joke that I think Maggie would prefer to do life on the back of a horse;)... she just loves them!
Birthday Lunch...
...a mixture of all of Maggie's favorite things: turkey sandwiches ALWAYS with miracle whip (HA!), fruit cups....
...and brownies!!!! YUM!!
She was so sweet as we sang to her and seemed genuinely happy with the festivities!!
Since she loves to whack things, what better party activity then a pinata?! HA!!
She had fun and her sisters seemed pretty excited to be in on the action!
...but Daddy to the rescue with the final blow that ended the pinate- hahahahaha!
Cue kids flocking for the goodies... HAHAHA!
Maggie did quite well for her birthday- fun toys, a new table to play at with her sisters, new outfits, and this stamp...
kinda made my eyes well up with tears and made me realize how people geuninly care and think of Maggie: my sister, Abby, had this stamp made for Maggie, in Germany no less, as a way for HER to "sign cards, artwork, etc". Since Maggie can't write she had this made, complete with a handle, to help her... and it just got me in the feels BIG TIME!! LOVE IT so much!!!
Thank you to everyone for being there to help us celebrate, for the sweet gifts we received, and for sending thoughtful messages as we celebrated our little miss and her angel siblings. It meant more than you will ever know... seriously.
Happy Birthday, Ms Maggie...
...and Happy Angel Birthday, to two of the sweetest angels: Jack and Nora we LOVE YOU!!!!!
On Maggie's actual birthday, we paid a visit to our littlest munchkins.
Love seeing the three of them together...
Not a day goes by that I don't miss these three being together. I cherish the memories I have of them, the feelings I had being pregnant with them, and the beautiful moments we had with the three of them... this trio changed my life forever.... LOVE YOU, LEE THREE!!!
Happy FOUR Years Maggie, Jack, and Nora!!!!
