My goodness it has been awhile since I have sat down to blog but I DO have a reason- I really wasn't trying to be lazy ;):
There is a certain TLC family that lives near us in Arkansas. Pete and I had a couple friends in town and thought it would be fun to see if we could drive by their home. Anyway, what is a fun chase without an address?!?! So, I attempted to look up their home location on the computer when out of nowhere, my computer crashed.... go figure, right?! I thought it was cursed or something... turns out a couple weeks at the MAC store for repairs and things are good as new- hehe- but I still think that just MAYBE this large family would rather their home life stay private (I guess I don't blame them;), but did we still find their house... oh yes we did!!!!!
So, enough of that back story... here I am at ALMOST 37 weeks and I am SOOO excited to see Harper!!!! We had our 36 Week appointment today and all seems well: I am dilated to a good 1 cm and the doctor can feel her cute little noggin' right there and ready! Is it bad that I want to know if she can feel any hair... ya, I know- I probably need to worry about more important things! Anyway, she is pretty certain with my progress and all things considered that Harper will make her arrival 1-2 weeks early!! We'll see though....
Pete has been equally excited as we anticipate her arrival! His main concern: making our wildflower garden... I mean yard ;) a little more aesthetically pleasing... It would be wonderful to see our flower bed from the street- oh wait, maybe you can catch a small glimpse through the weeds... ;) Although it is kind of a mess, I know we both enjoy getting out there and tackling it... a man does love his yard ;).
He has been wonderful in helping around the house with things while attending to me and my whiny self... my goodness he has been amazing- some moments I really don't know where he musters up all that patience!
So, this was a short and sweet welcome back, I have more to share, but duty calls- I got to get back to work!
